Good Friday - good for us, difficult for Jesus. He was crucified on Friday during the passover in Israel. I have walked the street in Jerusalem that Jesus took on His way to that hill. It was a sad day back then, but Sunday is coming!
Thursday 21 April 11
My son Aaron and eight other students from the Colleges of Fine Arts and Communication were awarded a scholarship by the TCU Guild today. I continue to enjoy watching all my children (young adults now) grow and succeed.
Sunday 17 April 11
Our beloved Golden Retriever died today. She had been in such pain that we were relieved to see her go. Goldie was a great dog, always happy to see me, forever expressing her unconditional affection for me. She gave us ten beautiful golden puppies in October 2004 and many memories these past nine years. Bye, bye Goldie.

The MRI from Friday has officially been reviewed as clean. No bloodwork was needed since I am off of chemo. Thanks for your letters, emails, text messages and prayers!
Sunday 10 April 11
A powerful thunderstorm rolled through Argyle during the late night hours today and spilling over into early Monday morning. We experienced hail, high winds and rain, some water even entered our home. We are thankful that no broken windows and no dents in our automobiles were sustained.
Friday 08 April 11
My MRI from today looks clean to me. I took my self-analysis of MRIs to a new level, using two computers at home to compare this scan to the one from two months ago in a side-by-side manner. The radiologist's report will be received Monday.
